Who We Are

Find Ali is dedicated to the memory of Ali Abdallah, a homeless man who captured the attention of the denizens of Hamra and Bliss Street for generations. On a fateful January morning, Ali was left dead as a result of a storm that had taken Beirut by surprise. Unlike most of us, Ali had no roof over his head to shelter him nor a family to look after him. In the aftermath of his tragic death, this website is dedicated to finding everyone like him before its too late. And we can’t do so without your help.

Your Role

Whenever you find a Ali, whenever you find a street urchin or a beggar, whenever you find an old lady selling Chicklets to survive, and whenever you find a refugee or a migrant worker in desperate need of help, tell us.

Our Role

We will plot the location and information of every single person in need on the map.  Here, anyone and everyone who wants to give a blanket, some medicine, or a warm meal will immediately know where to go, and what to give.

Looking Ahead

We are currently discussing cooperation between us and other NGOs to create a greater impact. If you are an NGO, and would like to work with us, please contact us at Find.Ali.Abdullah@gmail.com
